Goal Setting That Drives Results: From Personal Accountability to Strategic Execution

In this 90-minute working session, CSC Next Gen leaders will learn proven best practices on how to set clear, meaningful goals—both personally and strategically within their organization—and, more importantly, how to follow through.

Every best practice shared during the session will be framed in a practical way and include documented steps for your use after the meeting.

The session will combine straightforward goal setting processes with small group discussions, allowing participants to learn from one another, reflect on their own goals, and walk away with clear, actionable next steps.

Who Should Attend the CSC Next Generation Meeting?

The Next Gen Group is designed for individuals on the path to future ownership and/or executive leadership within their family-owned CSC member company. Ideal participants are part of the “next generation” of leadership - actively involved in the business today and preparing to become tomorrow’s decision-makers.

Whether you're currently in a management role or beginning to take on more strategic responsibilities, this group is built to support your transition from next gen to the gen.

The CSC Next Gen Group empowers future leaders of independently owned industrial laundries through meaningful peer connections, relevant training, and real-world succession planning tools. If you’re committed to carrying your family business forward, this is where you belong.
