President and Owner
Dan Gonder is the President and Owner of Strategic In/Sight Partners. He specializes in strategic advisory services, executive and leadership team development, process improvement, and executive coaching. Dan has received professional training and development through CAPAPro (the Consultant and Practitioner Alliance), a professional network created by Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group, which provided specialized tools and methodologies for helping leaders build organizational health. Over the years, Dan has worked with a wide range of leadership teams - many of them family-owned businesses - to build and execute strategic plans while strengthening teamwork, communication, and accountability.
Before joining Strategic In/Sight Partners, Dan was the North American training leader for Microsoft Business Solutions, where he was responsible for 60+ training centers and 300+ certified instructors throughout the United States and Canada. Dan's other positions at Microsoft included programs development manager for training and education resources manager. He also held positions as special projects coordinator and client services representative at Solomon Software.
Director of Operation and Client Coach
Preston Mackert is the Director of Operations and Client Coach. He combines project management and research experience to help teams develop processes and efficiencies and identify opportunities to solve problems using technology. Preston joined Eli Lilly and Company out of college. At Lilly, Preston worked in the Patient Services organization, developing software designed to help patients and providers with medication access and reimbursement support.
